    Because I currently stream using NTR (modded New 3DS XL), speeds and quality vary, especially since I use my laptop as a hotspot for the 3DS itself. Regardless, I do have the capability.

    I can stream using NTR homebrew as well, so as you can see the bottleneck would be capture quality rather than Internet speed (PC specs also not an issue here). Haven't really tested streaming much but I would imagine I could find a sufficient setup.

    I know my upload is extremely low, but that hasnt stopped me from live streaming in the past with no issues. ive managed my settings incredibly well.

    my home computer is a core i7 4770k overclocked and water cooled
    ive got 32 GB of RAM
    an overclocked GTX 660 GPU
    and fiber internet so stupid low ping and no data caps

    Got dat cap card, my upload stats are likely to be misleading given my upload actually performs better than the stated numbers but I can suffer congestion-related drop outs unfortunately
