Well ev spreads and an item.
I'm strongly debating between one of the 50% Berry's and lefties. But I'm not sure which is better and what spreads to use with it.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Tapu Fini @ Aguav Berry
    Ability: Misty Surge
    EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 36 SpA / 12 SpD / 108 Spe
    Bold Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk
    - Muddy Water
    - Moonblast
    - Calm Mind
    - Protect

this is the set I used on my Sheffield Regionals team the 2 main things are that it can take a jolly 252 kartana leaf blade and it OHKO's 4hp garchomp with a +1 moonblast. And it outspeeds most other fini's and the slower base 95's that are floating around these days.

It could depend a lot on what you feel the need to prepare for and also what kind of support it has. Its usual items tend to be leftovers, Specs, or a 50% berry, although in certain circumstances you might consider something else, like weakness policy. As far as general goals you may want to consider, here's a fair list of things you may consider. You're welcome to PM me if you'd like so we can really fine tune the EVs once you have an idea of what you're looking for.
    • KOing offensive Tapu Koko with a +1 Hydro Pump
    • Koing Nonbulky Krookodile with Moonblast
    • Koing Nonbulky Krookodile at +1 with Muddy water
    • Koing Nonbulky Arcanine at +1 with Muddy Water
    • At +1, Putting Tapu Koko into range of your Arcanine's Extremespeed
    • Breaking Celesteela's Substitute with a +1 Muddy Water (Using a generally bulky estimate)
    • Koing Salamence at +1 with Moonblast
    • Koing Marowak variants with Muddy water(using a certain estimate in mind)
    • At +1, 2HKOing certain Gigalith spreads at with Muddy water
    • Koing Garchomp at +1 with Moonblast
    • 2HKOing Tapu Koko with a +1 Dazzling gleam or Muddy Water
    • KOing Salamence with Moonblast

    • Survive a 252+ Z Wild Charge from Arcanine
    • Suriving a 252 atk Kartana Leaf Blade
    • Surviving a 4 atk Kartana Leaf Blade
    • Surviving 2 Poison Jabs from Muk at -1
    • Potentially Survive a combination of attacks from Garchomp, such as a tectonic rage and poison jab after intimidate

    • Surviving a 252 life orb Thunderbolt from Tapu koko in Electric terrain (or having a good chance rather)
    • Surviving a +1 252+ Revelation Dance from Oricorio Electric
    • Surviving a 252 life orb Sludge Bomb from Nihilego
    • Surviving a specs Thunderbolt from Tapu Koko outside of Electric Terrain
    • Surviving 3 Thunderbolts from neutral Porygon2
    • Surviving 2 Thunderbolts from Porygon2 after a Download boost
    • Surviving a Thunderbolt from 252+ Xurkitree
    • Potentially Survive 2 Thunderbolts after a calm mind from bulky Vikavolt

    • Potentially Speed creeping Pheromosas, Tapu Kokos, Salazzles, Kartanas, Nihilegos, Garchomps, or Salamences with a scarf set (if you decided to work with it.)
    • Potentially Speed Creeping other bulky Fini
    • Potentially Speed Creeping 252 Magnezone
    • Potentially Speed Creeping Pheromosa in tailwind
    • Potentially Speed Creeping, or even underspeeding Bulky Tapu Lele/Arcanine

This of course is not a strict guideline for what Fini spreads should be, but may help serve as a starting point for what you may want. It's hard to give an exact spread since it kind of depends a bit on what item and benchmarks you would prefer, but I'm willing to help any way I can.

Here's by far my favorite Fini set out of what I've tried:

    Tapu Fini @ Weakness Policy
    Ability: Misty Surge
    Level: 50
    EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 60 SpA / 44 SpD / 4 Spe
    Modest Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk
    - Moonblast
    - Muddy Water
    - Calm Mind
    - Protect

The Weakness Policy gives it an offensive presence most other Fini sets don't have, and it gets activated very often. The spread allows Fini to live 252 Atk Kartana Leaf Blade 87,5% of the time (be wary of the Scope Lens ones though) and 252 SAtk Specs Koko TBolt outside of terrain. As a bonus, 252 Atk Garchomp Poison Jab is a 3HKO, 252+ Atk Arcanine Wild Charge only has a 23,8% chance to 2HKO, and you live 252 SAtk LO Nihilego Sludge Bomb 82,2% of the time. The leftover EVs go into SpA and Spe.

Since this Fini is fairly slow, I strongly recommend using it in Tailwind. Ninetales with Aurora Veil can be a nice partner but it's not a necessity. Make sure you have a good answer to Koko/Kartana leads since Fini is the biggest Koko/Kartana bait there is!

In a BO3 situation, once your opponent knows you've got the Weakness Policy they tend to be a bit more wary of attacking you unless they're going all out into Fini, which can give you more chances to set up Calm Minds. Another good use for Calm Mind is on a predicted Koko switch-in, since the SDef boost cancels out the terrain boost and lets you survive the TBolt.
