VGC 2018 Teambuilding Competition - Week 2 - Building - Mega Gyarados

Okay, so in light of everything that has happened this week and given the supposed lack of interest, there will be no deadline as of right now. I will give a heads-up two days early once it seems like a good time to give a deadline. I hope you all can understand, and thanks for being patient. Also, just because I don't think I ever clarified it, if you have participated in a week before, you can still participate in any other week. There is no limitation as to how many times one can participate.
